Jess was fabulous. She navigated a few sensitive hiccups with professionalism and class. She was always very transparent and in constant communication. I could always reach her if I had any questions and she was pro-active in sending me listings she thought I would like. As a first time buyer, she put me at ease and I felt like a close friend. Even though I just moved, I’m excited for the next house knowing I will work with Jess again.
