Jess is a highly professional, personable, and attentive realtor who consistently kept our goals front and centre throughout the process of selling our high-rise condo and finding a home in a gated community. We were extremely impressed with her marketing strategy for our condo and believe it was highly effective. She was also quick to find answers to our questions and gather the information we needed. This was a refreshing change from our experience with a previous realtor, who would often respond with “I dunno,” leaving us to track down the answers ourselves. Even now, nearly two months after our move-in, we have encountered a few hiccups with the purchase conditions of our new home, and Jess continues to stand by us and help however she can. Her ongoing support speaks volumes about her commitment to her clients and the care she takes in her work. If you are looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and trustworthy realtor who genuinely puts your best interests first, we highly recommend Jess Nakrayko!
