We had never sold a home in Calgary (or Canada before). So we began the journey ‘blind’ when it came to choosing a realtor to help us sell our home in Cranston, Riverstone. I phoned a view agents that were highly rated and from there I met with 3 in person. Jesse came across as confident and willing to get us the best deal possible (but still realistic). His package he presented, as well as his knowledge, is what led us to go with him. His photographer / videographer did a stunning job on capturing our home as well as doing some virtual staging in one or two rooms that required it. The amount of private viewings we had speaks to the great marketing the team did. It was a higher end home which sold for a good price and it was all done within a month (Cold winter months mind you!).
