Jesse helped us find our first ever home this summer and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell. Jesse took the time to hear our desired points of what we wanted in our first home and was very helpful with pointing out things to consider that we hadn’t thought of (including future development/re-zoning projects). When we were ready to start looking, he was very quick at setting up appointments and maximizing our time. He was never pushy or tried to steer us toward one particular place. He seemed very interested to know what would work best for us. When we eventually put in an offer, he went back and forth with the Seller to get the best possible amount. When we got possession, he realised the Seller had not cleaned the place as required, and so he immediately went and cleaned it himself. Every part of the process was very smooth. Jesse was very helpful navigating each step of the process and ensuring things went as best as they could. Would highly recommend Jesse and we would use him for any future purchases.
