Can't see how you could do any better! We've completed two purchases and one sale with Jessica and Olivier. Incredible response time, and very honest folks. On the purchasing side they won't hesitate or beat around the bush if there's something they don't think is right (or right for you) with a property, which is really appreciated. They want you to end up somewhere you're truly happy with. We purchased twice in very hot markets and they made sure we were the first, or one of the firsts, into a number of properties to get the jump on the competition, and were very patient with us on our first purchase. On the sale end they came up with a good strategy, took great pictures (nicer than any of the comparable listings when it went live), and we ended up with a much better return on our property than expected (but had several offers right around where they figured we'd be), in a quick and painless process. When looking at properties even if we weren't putting in offers we'd guesstimate the sale price, and they were pretty spot on every time, so we definitely learned to trust their judgement in addition to their honesty. I don't really see how you could do any better for finding a realtor; the perfect balance of being hungry for making the sale and putting in that effort, but not at the expense of getting you into the wrong property, or at the wrong price. We will absolutely be using them in the future again when the time comes, as we know we'll be in good hands.
