Jessica and Olivier were great to work with when buying our first home on Vancouver Island. Very easy to reach, and super accommodating when we asked them to set up viewings. They provided plenty of background and insights into each house we visited, meaning they obviously did their homework about each listing, and they were refreshingly honest about any shortcomings they perceived in a property. When it came time to close on our purchase, they guided us through the process and helped advocate for all of the appropriate warranties etc to be transferred from the sellers to us. Made the whole home buying experience easy for us and we highly recommend them!
