We met Jessica at the rental unit - she made sure we were aware of everything the unit had available. When she told us the same day that it had already been leased, she told us about another unit in the same complex that could be leased. She was helpful and responded to us promptly when we had various documents to look over and sign via email. She is friendly and knowledgeable.
