I met Jess at an open house around the corner from my house. I needed to sell my house fast and I didn’t have a realtor. I asked for her info and said I’d call her when I was ready. Less than a week later I called her and after her impressive presentation, we signed that day. I told her we needed a quick listing and sale. From when we met until my house was sold was 5 weeks. We got what we wanted for our house with a quick closing date. This was my first time selling a house and Jess made it very easy for us even on a tight timeline. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer every one of them. I would totally recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell. And if I ever decide to buy I will call her for that too.
