Jessica was the best person to have by my side during both my buying and selling process. She comes with a wealth of knowledge but is never pushy about what I had to do, just gave me education and information and then let me make my decisions with guidance when I asked. She is fun and easygoing but also a fierce advocate for her clients. Whether buying or selling, you know Jessica will fight for the best deal for you and truly wants you to be satisfied with your sale and/or purchase. On the selling side, this meant trying unique selling strategies geared specifically to my property, neighbourhood and timeline. This allowed me to sell quickly for more than I was expecting. On the buying side, we ran into multiple unexpected situations that could have been disastrous with someone less experienced and professional. From zoning to inspection issues, Jessica and her team kept uncovering items that other realtors might have missed and that kept me safe and moving on to the next house. Although I was disappointed each time a "dream" house had a hidden dark secret that made it a nightmare, Jessica kept me calm and reassured me that my true dream house was out there. I felt safe knowing she wouldn't let me get swept up in excitement and buy the wrong house but that she wouldn't push me into something if I wasn't sure about it. She was clear she wanted me to find the right house for me and my family and wouldn't stop until I was 100% confident I'd found the one and she was 100% confident everything was in place from a real estate perspective. We saw a ton of houses and when I finally found "the one" we both felt it. The rest was smooth sailing as I leaned on her suggested inspector, lawyer and mortgage broker who were all amazing. She was clear I didn't have to use them but I trusted her people and they created the smoothest close that went off without a hitch. Working with Jessica was an excellent experience and I would recommend her to anyone.
