Asked for 5% commission to put a sign on my lawn a day later than he said he would, to write an ad full of errors on MLS and post it later than he said he would, to brag about his negotiating skills yet take an offer that is below the amount I specifically pointed I would not go below, to keep silent on what is going on (had to ask for updates)...
