We originally met our Realtor when we bought our first condo. We were completely new to real estate and probably asked a million questions, but they never made us feel stupid for asking. A few years later when we needed more space, there was really no question who we were going to call. They listed the condo, handled the showings and helped us negotiate the purchase of our townhouse. What I appreciate most is that we were never pushed to offer more than we were comfortable with. We actually walked away from one house after they pointed out some concerns we hadn't noticed. That meant a lot to us.
