It took the right buyer and some patience to buy this lot but we always knew what was going on and never felt pressured to accept an offer just to get it sold. When we did get the right offer, Jim negotiated the details and kept everything moving through to completion. We were quite happy with the final result and would surely recommend him to anyone selling land or a more unusual property.
