Selling our house because of a separation was something I was dreading. There were already enough emotions involved without having to deal with a house sale on top of everything else. Jim and Nicole were very professional, Understanding, Patient and neutral with both of us and kept the focus on getting the property sold. Communication was clear and neither of us ever felt left out of the loop. Once the house sold, they also helped me purchase a condo on my own. It was a difficult chapter in my life but the real estate part was handled with a lot of patience and discretion, which I really appreciated.
