I’ve bought and sold a couple of places with Jim now, I keep going back for a reason and I am not easy to please. He’s straight up, no nonsense, and doesn’t sugar-coat things. If a place is overpriced or a deal doesn’t make sense, he says it. If it’s a good move, he’s all in. He works hard, answers the phone, and gets things done — simple as that. I trust him, and that’s not easy to earn. If you want someone solid in your corner who actually shows up, he’s your guy.
