★★★★★ I had a large home in Coquitlam that had become too much for me to look after on my own. I wanted to downsize, move out to Maple Ridge and find something brand new where I wouldn't have to worry about repairs and maintenance. Jim and Nicole helped me with both the sale of my home and finding my new one. One of my biggest concerns was my four cats. Anyone who has cats knows how stressful strangers coming through the house can be, especially during open houses. Jim and Nicole were wonderful about making sure the cats were safely separated and that people knew not to open certain doors. It might seem like a small thing, but it was a big deal to me. There was a lot to coordinate between selling my house and buying a new one, and I appreciated having someone experienced looking after everything. They were patient, kept me informed and never made me feel like I was being a bother with all my questions. I'm now settled into my beautiful new home in Maple Ridge, the cats are happy, and I have a lot less to look after. It was a big change after so many years in Coquitlam, but I'm glad I did it. I would certainly recommend Jim and Nicole to anyone thinking of making a move.
