I can’t praise Jim highly enough. For many years, my father contemplated moving out of the family home, and Jim was always there to meet with him, talk with him on the phone and show him listings. I attended several of these meetings and showings and I was so impressed with Jim’s care and patience with my elderly father. My father REALLY never wanted to leave his home though, and when he passed, it was obvious to us that we would use Jim. As co-executors of the estate, my brother and I found Jim to be knowledgeable, adaptable, fair, and he helped guide us through all the ins and outs of preparing and selling the home. He listened to all our questions and concerns and helped us navigate the current challenging real estate landscape. Anyone would be lucky to work with Jim and we will definitely use him again in the future.
