She and her partner Sunny are very pushy and unprofessional. No respect, did not provide copy of contract and lied about term. It is legal for them not to provide a copy of the signed contract. I had the same issue I asked for a copy and Sunny said he emailed it to us. We never provided them our email addresses. They are not frauds but con artists they only show your house to their own clients so they make commission on both ends. never use them. We had a great opportunity to sell our home as the market was hot then but we didn't not even get one offer, they screwed us!
