Jody went above and beyond helping us purchase our first home. He got the builders to include some features we wanted and remove the things we now we didn’t want. He had helpful ideas along the way of good ideas of small upgrades that would make a big difference in both value and appearance. Would give 101/10 stars if I could. Will be using Jody again for our second home purchase in the future and can’t recommend him highly enough.
