10/10 star rating for Jody. This is our second purchase using him. His knowledge and keen eye for details on the homes and market are irreplaceable. Even if he maybe thought we were out to lunch on expectations. He made the process seem easy to understand and had lots of pointers and recommendations along the way. Everything from financing to home inspections to home improvements he has someone to recommend who will get the job done and done well. Can’t wait to take possession in a few weeks.
