I’m in the military and was being posted to a new province at possibly the worst time to be selling my place (COVID) even in a terrible market for condos, Jody still found a way to sell my place. On the day conditions were to be lifted, the buyers were not sure if they could Secure financing, but some way, some how Jody made sure the deal went through.
