We were first time home buyers and Jody was exactly what we needed. His knowledge on the houses, neighbourhood, and potential renovation costs was very helpful. Once he got to know us and what we were looking for, he really weeded out ones that would waste our time. Even after closing he helped us with great recommendations on Home Inspectors, and a W.E.T.T inspector. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
