Jody made the process of selling our home so quick and easy! He told us exactly what needed do be done in our home within a quick (but very reasonable) timeline and had our house sold within the first couple days of it being listed. Jody went out of his way to scope out our neighbourhood on his own time to get a better idea of pricing prior to us listing, which very clearly evidences how committed he is to his clients.
