We knew we picked the right guy at our first interview with Jody. He was very energetic and confident. Our house was a challenge because we only had about a month to sell before we lost our contract with the house we were buying. We were selling in December right before Christmas and the market was down. Jody was able to get so many showings and gave us so much good advice on house preparation and was very good at communicating. In the end Jody was able to negotiate and get our house sold for more than we had initially thought we could get for it. He sold our house for more per square than had been sold in the last 6months in our neighbourhood. He made experience of selling our 1st home a very beautiful one and we highly recommend him.
