We weren't living in Calgary, but Joe was able to coordinate with us to meet on our schedule and show us houses. We weren't familiar with Calgary, but he helped my wife and I find a house in a great neighbourhood that fit all of our criteria. He is extremely knowledgeable in home renovations and helped me make a plan for future kitchen and basement renovations. He also helped to negotiate a great price. This was our first home purchase and he was an immense help. I recommend Joe very highly.
