My roommate and I heard about Joel through friends and decided to work with him to find a place. He was extremely hard working and very responsive. We shared a whole bunch of places that we wanted to check out - within 1-2 days, he had arranged for all the viewings. He took the time to understand what was important to us, and while driving us to and from each place, he discussed pros and cons to help us make a decision. Once we were interested in a particular place, he prepared all the documents very quickly and within a week of starting our house hunt, we had found a house and signed the contract. Throughout the process, he responded almost immediately to every email and text we sent him (even late at night and during weekends!), answering each of our questions and following through. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him to others.
