Joel was very knowledgeable about all the different levels of real estate, condo's, townhouses, and single dwelling homes. During the time of selling, there were some ups and downs in the market but Joel helped see me through it. He picked me up from the skytrain and drove me around to see many places. He was always available after normal work hours and weekends. My experience with Joel was far better then some other realtors I have used in the past.
