First I would like to say that Joel not only had to be a knowledgeable and capable realtor, he needed to be our eyes and instinct as well as we live in Vancouver. We needed to make a quick decision in this fast-moving Toronto market without being able to visit the location in person. Joel made us a Youtube video the next morning after we saw the listing and by the evening, we had a sale. Joel is not only on top of things but excels at his customer service. He was also very understanding of how nerve-racking a process buying a condo long distance can be. The cherry on top of this sundae though is....despite the fact that the subjects have all been removed, so this is a done deal.....he still responds to calls in a timely and respectful manner.
