Joel is a fantastic realtor, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, most especially to someone like me, a single woman selling a home she lives in. Joel was there for me every step of the way, unflagging spirits and talking me down off the ceiling when it looked like things were not going my way. He understood and had a plan for any worries I had, making me feel heard, and obviously knew his way through all the red tape.
