John was a great realtor, he listened to us and was great in mitigating our concerns while also providing confidence in our decisions. Even if he did not think our bid may necessarily win, he gave sound reasoning as to why and then supported our decision. There was never any pressure to buy a home that was not right and truly wanted us to be happy.
