We have used Jon now for 3 purchases and 2 sales. What got our attention at first was his person-ability and helpfulness, but lack of pushy sales tactics. While he is very friendly, he is not afraid to be blunt when necessary to keep things realistic. We will hopefully never need to use him again as we are now in our forever home, but we will if the need arises.
