Jon is patient, attentive listener , responsive , professional , gives practical advises during offer negotiation. He himself asked us to not put an higher offer beyond a point since it wasn’t reasonable for the house.( He exceeded my expectations and that’s when I decided to recommend Jon to others) He helped in detail with all the stages of buying and our tons of questions . Was very flexible with appointments. Only place where I felt our understandings didn’t align initially on how we would rate schools I would not expect any agent to know this perfectly .However , Jon understood our preferences and was able to advise us better based on the neighbourhood then.
