Absolutely worst experience with a realtor! Do not use. He will cut corners to benefit himself. He will lie to keep your damage deposit. The floors shift in Canadian winters and create gaps in wood flooring. That isnt something we can do or would do. Its something that naturally occurs in Calgary. He charged us for new floors and put it on our credit. They were new intact floors. All they needed was to be readjusted from the winter shifting. I would not trust this realtor after this experience.
