It just goes to show you that people lack communication skills, I would say this is a typical case of "buyers remorse", when a mortgage broker approves someone to the maximum amount and the buyer goes and spends the max, then shortly after moving in they realize mortgage poor is no fun... So they make false accusations to make themselves feel better. Hope that by you making these false comments you feel better about yourself.
