I dealt with Jordan and acquired him to put an offer on a vacant lot. I had a pre-approved mortgage before moving from my province to Alberta. I put in my offer, it was accepted. I arrived in Edmonton, and my financing fell apart. I did my best to try to get another mortgage, but was not able to. This situation left me homeless. I was able to find a place to live with the kindness of some folks that I knew helped me. They ended up asking me and my daughter to stay at their sister's house who had passed away from complications of cancer. All of my belongings plus my daughter's all the while still in Winnipeg 3 months later I was able to acquire another mortgage, but decided to go with a different agent. We made an offer, on the same vacant land that also came with an RV, riding mower, and other contents. In the contract we stated that everything was in good working order. An hour later, the offer was countered, and I accepted the owners counter offer. The next day, Jordan called my agent to state that his clients wanted to change the wording to sold as is, and move the possession date. Jordan was very argumentative with my agent, and was very demanding and unprofessional and un-business like behavior. And as I am writing this review well over 48 hours of waiting for the owners of the lot to sign the agreement and my agent informed me earlier in the day that day and still did not receive it that day. And as I am writing this review, I have yet to see the document. The first time I dealt with the owners and Jordan, things moved very fast and no complications. Now, however with me acquiring a different agent, Jordan has made things very difficult for me as a single mother! So there will be no recommendation from me and will be letting other people know to steer clear of this agent who plays games with single parents.
