Working with you on and off for about 5+ years truly made all the difference in our home buying and selling journey. From the time we almost purchased before COVID, to deciding to renovate and stay put for a few more years, you were always understanding, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. After nearly 15 years in our home, it wasn’t an easy decision to move. We spent a lot of time visiting open houses, exploring different neighborhoods, and writing a few offers that didn’t work out. Throughout that entire process, your guidance, honesty, and encouragement meant a lot to us. In the end, listing our home first turned out to be the right decision. Because of all the time we had already spent searching, we were ready—and you were ready to act quickly when the right opportunity came up. We really appreciated your flexibility in only joining us for the homes we felt had strong potential, and your insight—especially with your renovation background—was incredibly valuable. Your ability to spot things we might have missed gave us a lot of confidence in our decisions.
