We moved to Vancouver in May of last year and started looking for a house in June. Initially, we spend almost month and a half on our own visiting the open houses and it was crazy and confusing with the budget and the market. Thats when my husband's colleague told us about Jordan and how he has been helping him with his property hunt. So we met him and he was just amazing! He introduced us to the Canadian market, helped us understand basic things we needed to look for during open houses, helped us narrow down the areas and kind of houses we should be looking for. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions even when he was on vacations with his family, which shows how committed he is to his clients but seriously Jordon, you need not work during family time! He helped us setting up personal appointments for the viewings in case there was no open house coming up for the property that we liked. Ultimately, we found our dream home with his help and he again went over board to help us getting to the final steps and making sure that everything was perfect for us.
