Jordan Macnab is easily the best real estate professional we have ever worked with. Buying property from across an ocean can be daunting, but Jordan made it completely effortless. We are based in Singapore, and from our first contact in January 2023, Jordan managed the entire search and negotiation process on the ground in Vancouver while we were over 12,000 km away. His communication, precision, and market instincts were flawless. Everything was handled seamlessly remotely—I only needed to fly into Vancouver for the final paperwork signing. What blew us away was his turnaround speed and complete end-to-end execution. He didn’t just secure an amazing home for us in downtown Vancouver; he also helped ensure it was tenanted immediately. We went from starting our search in January to having quality tenants placed by March 2023. That level of efficiency, market knowledge, and accuracy is virtually unheard of. Beyond being an exceptional negotiator and elite agent, Jordan is genuine, trustworthy, and someone who looks out for your best interests at every turn. What started as a cross-border real estate transaction ended with a lifelong friend. If you are looking for an agent who operates at the very highest level—whether you are local or investing internationally—Jordan Macnab is the definitive choice. He deserves every recognition as a top agent in Vancouver. 10/10, highest possible recommendation.
