My parents downsized from their home to a one-floor condo, after 52 years in the same place. The process has changed a lot. Jordan was extremely patient and explained everything thoroughly. He was timely in answering questions, supported us through all parts of the process, and has a wonderful network of people to help along the way (painters, movers, handmen, etc).
