Josh offers incredible advice and he is very quick at responding regardless of what time you may ask him questions! He helped us choose a beautiful top floor, Riverfront condo, which we may have overlooked that particular unit if it wasn’t for his expertise and him being so thorough! Would recommend Josh if you are looking to get into a pre-build!
