We bought our first home together with the help of Josh Gibson. We were clueless on house buying process, so we were very thankful that Josh patiently guided us through. He answered all of our questions and was very quick to reply through texts. We loved his attention to details and his honestly opinions on the houses that we went to see. With his help, we found our new home much faster than we expected. It was a rush closing as well (our bad!). He efficiently communicated with our mortgage specialist and even connected us with a law firm to finish the buying process in less than two weeks. We really enjoyed our house hunting time with Josh and would highly recommend him to others.
