Josh was amazing to work with! We had a successful and fun time with buying our first house. He asked great questions to help us focus on what we were looking for and really listened to us. With this feedback he was able to give us great options to choose from to meet our needs, including things we hadn’t even thought of. Once we chose our house he was very knowledgeable about the process, including the required financing, legal aspects and negotiating a fair price for us. We had an equally amazing experience selling our first home and buying our dream home 8 years later. The house was staged beautifully and sold within 3 days and for more than we were expecting. Buying and selling a house is such a stressful process, but with Josh the process was actually lots of fun, and he alleviate so much of the stress for us. Would highly recommend :)
