Josh went above and beyond to help us find a home in our short time allowance. He is a very busy man yet we felt like we had his undivided attention while viewing homes and discussing options. He left no stone unturned for us. He is also a wealth of information about the city of Winnipeg and what might appeal to us there, as well as walking is through next steps in the home buying process. Beyond all of these attributes one might expect to find in a good realtor, Josh is extremely personable, entertaining, and just plain fun to be around. He kept the mood light when things could have seemed daunting, and made buying a home in a new city and province a positive experience.
