Josh is wonderful to deal with. Very knowledgeable and fun to work with. He set us up with email listings for our desired areas, checked in with us frequently and when we were just interested in looking at a few properties to get an idea of what we may be wanting in a home we happened to find our dream home. It all happened very quickly, but we had a very smooth negotiation process in the purchase of the home. We then had to sell our existing home very quickly to make it all happen and the Goodfellow Team was great to work with. They helped stage our home and it looked great and with one open house our place was sold! We went from just looking to buying, selling and moving in a month!
