Josh is excellent! He took the time to get to know me and gain an understanding of what I needed. Then he showed me properties that matched my needs and worked well within my budget. When I showed interest in properties that didn’t match my needs, he gently reminded me of previous talks to ensure I didn’t lose sight of what was important to me. Love his integrity!! Love his sense of humour as well :)
