Josh Kepkay sold our townhouse in record time and with great expertise. He brought in his team of decorators, videographers, photographers, etc. and showcased our home beautifully. His guidance, sensitivity and skill throughout this process was greatly appreciated, and made the process of selling our home of 26 years a painless process. We highly recommend Josh!

Reply: Marcelle and Howard, twenty-six years in one home is a lot of life, and I knew going in that this sale would be about more than price. The design team and the photo and video crew were there to show buyers what you'd enjoyed about the townhouse all those years. It was a privilege to help you close that chapter well. Wishing you both the best in the next one.
