Josh is high-energy and high-knowledge. He took the time to understand my criteria so thoroughly that he was able to provide great additional suggestions I hadn't thought of. He then immediately scoured the region for applicable properties and arranged rapid-fire showings, and provided insightful advice when it came to making an offer. Unfortunately I had to postpone the purchase due to external circumstances - but working with Josh was an absolute delight which I hope to experience again soon.
