Josh was excellent at first of all discussing with us the type of home we were looking for and then went to work on finding us the right home. He was very professional and honest. He never tried to force us into a sale. He discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the homes that he showed us. He also helped us work through the changes that we wanted to make to our home. He knows a lot of people and found us the right people for the work that needed to be done. Josh was great to work with. In fact he has worked with other members of our family in helping them sell their property and in finding the right home for them. I would highly recommend Josh to assist you in selling your home.
