Josie, helped us to sell our house and to get a new one. We loved her, because she understood what we need and found the house of our dreams. For every single question we had, she had an answer. We had questions like "how was the neighborhood income wise", she told us that that is not a question she has every day and even though she was able to tell us. For selling our house, she brought professionals and did a make over to the house that we did not recognize and even we did not want to move out. She truly knows what she is doing.
