Joy was such a pleasure to work with. She helped me achieve the dream of ownership after decades of renting. Her knowledge was paramount to getting a significant reduction in the original sale price. I am so grateful that Joy was so thorough with the work she put into researching all my potential properties. It made the whole process alot less intimidating. Her warmth, kindness and patience made it feel like I was working with a wonderful friend.
