Southern California - November 2018 - and I have a feeling I may need to purchase a home in the GTA.  I begin by contacting GTA realtors and wait for emails and callbacks, of which I receive absolutely none.  I then leave a message for Julie Branco and from 2500 miles away, she calls me back.  I explain my situation about moving back to Ontario and the rest was the following successful sequence of events.  March 2019 - Toronto - I visit the GTA and even though my move might not be crystal clear, Julie invests the time to show my wife and I a couple homes.  July 2019 - Toronto - I am back in town and Julie shows me a couple more places. July-September 2020, Julie shows my family several places across GTA and we finally purchase in Vaughan.   Why am I writing this review?  Well, there is no way you will find another agent as knowledgeable about GTA homes and communities, approachable regarding your family's personal needs, responsive to your schedule when you are ready to view homes and dedicated to helping you when you ask.   When I asked about her perspective about her profession, she stated "I just love what I do".  Her passion and dedication truly shows not just in her words but action. During the time of a pandemic and insane price hikes, Julie was really the deciding factor in our success in finding a home (under asking!).  Her list of lawyer, inspector and mortgage specialist contacts made our first-time home buying experience in Canada a truly successful one. My family and I are grateful to have found Julie and are really lucky to had events play out the way they did.  If you are looking to close out a successful endgame in the GTA real estate market (even if you are an out-of-towner like me) look no further than Julie Branco.
